Programmer Search Update 2

2011 Blog AvatarThe responses to my programming partner advertisement continue to trickle in. In another example of “you don’t get what you pay for”, it’s turning out that I got a rather better response rate from my Craigslist ad (cost: $75), than from LinkedIn, which cost twice as much (on sale; regular cost, $300). It would be premature to comment on any of the candidates yet, except to say that I have communicated with a few people who might be appropriate for the job. Whether the fit will be right for any of them remains to be seen. I expect this will take a while, so stay tuned in.
